To all interested in PCPI,

I've heard rumors about an acquisition??? PCPI could be doubling in size. Anybody hear anything?

I read with interest PCPI's filing with the SEC. They want to do a reverse stock split; five for one. I think this will help the stock a little since a $6 stock has more value to some investors than a $1.20 stock.
