I disagree.. COOL is going to gap up Monday...and here is why.

EGGS might even gap down because EGGS CEO filed to SELL 200,000 shares after the bell Friday. (nice going)

If you have any doubts about COOL (and you shouldn't)..
Go to vcall.com

And listen to the realaudio interview of COOL's CEO from Nov 23.

It's 17 minutes and outlines why COOL is a leader on the internet.

But in case you don't feel like doing all of that... here are some highlights I jotted down.

They raised $66 million in July 1998 IPO, and he said the last time he looked at the bank, there was $65 million in the bank.

140,000 computer products

One marketing strategy is COOL crosslinks with partners like CDNOW, ETOYS, etc.. where they each have cross links to each other.

Computer products is a $600 Billion a year market.

Being a global market, 50% the computer market is outside the USA

Cyberian Outpost seems to be the only Internet retailer interested in this 50% market outside the USA.

COOL is the only company that takes orders up to midnight, and can ship the item to you by next morning.

Cyberian Outpost is America Online's EXCLUSIVE computer reseller

Launched FIRST aggresive ad campaign last week.

First TV ad launched last tuesday, second TV ad launched today, third TV ad in editing and should launch next week.

All 3 ads will run at least a minimum of 90 days.
(that's at least through the end of February, 1999)

He said, he and his CFO have been meeting with Institutional Investors last week and will continue to do so to generate interest and awareness.

Last quarter, COOL's consensus estimates was loss of .43,
COOL beat that by .14.

Only 1-2 million of the $66 million committed to portal deals going forward... they haven't even begun to dip into the
$66 million raised from the IPO.

Just moved into new headquarters that have the ability to expand
and they are renting... not making a huge purchase which would drain their bank account.

Purchasing systems are set up to handle billions of dollars of orders as they get larger. They are ready for expansion.

What I liked was that CEO said COOL was "ESTATIC" by the early returns from the TV commercials.

Their overhead is low for the amount of business they generate.

That's about it for the highlights.

Ho, Ho HO....Merry X-mas!
