Thanks Dan, I am holding both and additionally PRIA, BRKS, IBIS (a long shot), LRCX, EGLS, ETEC, and MTSN. Of these PRIA is, I think, the surest bet - outside of the two that you recommended. PRIA does whole fab automation. If you have ever been to a fab, they are a study in human inefficency. Everything is done manually, horror stories abound of dropped wafers, carriers, boats...ect. More to the point people are the primary source for dust in all fabs. Remove the people; lower the dust; lower the dust improve the yield; improve the yield lower cost of manufacturing. Bunny suits lower the problem, PRIA removes the problem. PRIA improves Work in process flow, and minimizes human errors. There are two well known charisteristics that determine the competitiveness of a fab; wafer diameter; and on silicon geometries. There is a third that is not now, but soon will be, recognized, and that is total fab automation. PRIA is the only significant source for this newest of fab profitability improvements.
