I haven't actually left, Robert. I'm just sitting here trying my damnedest to bite my tongue.
Let me go on record, folks, and say "the audit doesn't mean shit!" and I'm sorry I ever brought it up!
There! That's how you keep the harmony around here. Don't question shit. And, most importantly, don't "throw rocks at" (or question) FTEL, or people will say you're throwing rocks at them personally, and start throwing them right back at you.
I thought it was a closed subject, but the flames definitely haven't stopped. Oh well. This isn't a popularity contest and I really shouldn't give even two-tenths of a shit what the flamers think of me. They're betting their money and I'm betting mine.
Not directed at you, Robert.
That said, is there anyone out there who can explain (without the usual flames, please) the unusual activity with FTEL's stock today? As I've said before, I'm a novice investor (as evidenced by my earlier mistaken belief in the importance of the "A" word), so what I saw today may not be so unusual, but I thought it looked odd to see what appeared to be so many buys go in when the bid hit $2, and the bid just stayed there! Why is that? I would've expected the bid to drop!!! And the spread was surprisingly small!!! Would this be MM's buoying the bid to flush as many sellers out as possible before a run up? I ended up not selling today primarily because of my confusion regarding the stock's activities.
If this question (why the particular movements today) is not acceptable in this thread, please just *one* person tell me and I'll drop it. |
