Howard/all,

I've completed a few hours of research on this company and while NM might be a leader in the infomerical arena, they haven't had a positive quarter for at least two quarters. If they stayed solely in the TV commercial arena, when would they make a profit? Are they likely to make a profit retailing goods over the internet? If so when?

I guess my concerns are: what's driving the execs of NM to move into the internet business, the chance to run up the stock for the founders and get out before the real business numbers arrive? What's the track record of these guys to prove they can pull this off and make money over the long haul?

Has anyone on this thread ever bought a product from NM? I've never seen the "Red Devil" product in person. It appears to be a very well thought out product, but what's the quality of the materials? In other words do they deliver what the say they'll deliver? Did they delivery what they advertised, or did the ads hype products and burn their customers?
My questions again are not to enrage the believers of NM. I am truly interested in learning more about this company. At first glance, I have some reservations, especially in light of the frenzy going on with internet stocks. (I suspect many investors are not researching their investments but jumping into what they hope will be another Yahoo). Also, in reading the posts here, I haven't seen any credible research being discussed. I will continue to research and question. In the meantime lets get some more details of this company out in the open and avoid the TA hype.

thanks in advance for all responses.
