Paul,

First, a 400 MHz Xeon costs about $854 - with 512K L2 cache - NOT $2000!

A 400 Mhz Xeon with 1024K L2 costs $2253.

Your dump on the Xeon shows your state of denial or inability to properly analyze CPUs, performance, applications and intended use.

Aren't you the least bit fascinated by the fact that a Celeron performs within a few percent a PII or Xeon at the same clock speed? Intel's pricing structure could come tumbling down when word gets out ....... Shhhh......

I truly overestimated you, Scumbria. I thought you had at least above average intelligence !

I suppose that I should take that as a Paul Engel backhanded compliment!
