BB might require a phone order, but otc have not been a frequent problem on datek. Discover tsqd was also an online buy, but scottrade and amertrade required a phone call. Worth the effort in any case, though I do agree more brokerage accounts makes a lot of cents. I currently trade with 5 and keep one full service for my mother-in-law.
