Andy --- I a figuring the work to take us to that range has been completed. The news should be out and we should be much higher in 6 months. Not 10 - 12 in 6 months but close and hopefully 15 in 12 months with a little more work. I came in here with a good % of portfolio as it is poised to run. I believe there are many in the same boat. Once these cheap shares are gone we should be able to base higher and use some of that news for propulsion...
