lad--
The problem here is that CMTR has not recieved approval for the product in Europe. Allthough, Selfcare will make a small payment now (Undiscolsed by the company) we won't see much revenue until it actually get s approval in Europe. Each country has a different time table and it is up to SLF to handle the process. The other two tests that are approved in the U.S. are not approved, yet, in Europe. Since they are not public they don't have to release any time table for approval over seas. CMTR can not comment on the value of the deal, but IMO it will be lucrative just like the U.S. market. U.S. approval will be here in the next couple months. Although the FDA hasn't inspected CMTR as of yet, hopefully the company is pressuring the FDA into coming soon. Even by the FDA's guidelines on an accelerated track, CMTR is not really behind schedule. The FDA is a buracracy and unreliable. The FDA approval will come. When? Dunno. But when it does that is what I will be waiting for.

As Always,

Art
