Ditchdigger any way you slice it they currently meet market cap. requirements (currently approx.$145 mill Can.) even with the lousy CANADIAN dollar exchange rate. Thanks for the correction, I inadvertently posted the requirements for a continuing listing. FOR national board the requirements are : Market capitalization of $75 million or total assets and total revenues of at least $75 million each Public float of 1.1 million shares $20 million market value for the public float $5 minimum bid price 400 shareholders Four market makers Corporate Governance Standards THEY could also go NASDAQ small cap. market where they only require $50 mill. market cap. and $4.00 bid
