Joe, so what is the status of Murphy's effort to nail the former clearing house et al.? Previously, you talked about pending meetings with the SEC and NASDAQ, if I remember right, but I don't recall any news as to whether the meeting(s) ever took place, and if so, what Joe expected re the outcome.
