<ECHO>

Joe, I like it too. This excerpt from the news release biz.yahoo.com that you posted is worth sharing. Fundamentals are sound and Technicals are saying new high.Small business owners are looking for something like this.

<Under the terms of the ECHO/ProPay agreement, ECHO will offer FaxPay, a service that allows a fax machine to function as a secure, real-time, point-of-sale device for credit-card processing. ECHO will promote the service under the name ECHOfaxpay.

Designed specifically for small businesses doing fewer than 100 credit-card transactions per month, FaxPay allows manual paper-based merchants or merchants not currently accepting credit cards for payment to do so using their fax machine. Merchants can accept credit cards and obtain the efficiency and productivity of automated swipe terminals without having to invest in and learn new hardware and software.

The small-business owner simply fills out information on the ECHOfaxpay sales slip and faxes it directly to ProPay USA. ProPay USA then uses a direct connection to ECHO to process the transaction through the various credit-card networks. A confirmation is faxed back to the merchant within two minutes, and the funds are deposited in the merchant's account within two business days. >
