So true; Tokyo has said that what we have witnessed this past week is "a once in a lifetime" phenomenon. If we change our habits from daytrading to trend trading based on this week's internet frenzy, it could end up costing hundreds of thousands in the long run. For now though, it is EXCEEDINGLY DIFFICULT for a new daytrader such as myself to stay focused and DISCIPLINED vis a vis daytrading strategies and techniques. Ever mindful of the ubiquitous unabomber seeking to expunge my profits however, I have no choice but to maintain a conservative approach. It seems everyone and his dog is getting in on the action though...so I must continue to fight....as Oscar Wilde once said..."I can resist everything except temptation"... tough thing to do, but I know-in the long run-it's the only way to go.
