I have not had, even minimum, customer service.
Disclaimer: I don't hold a position, long or short.
I have three books on order. The first was placed on October 21, and the other two books were ordered on November 1, 1998. The web site tells me the status of my orders is "waiting." I have yet to have a real reply--I got what appears to be a machine-generated reply that said someone would look into my e-mail and get back to me! I sent the third e-mail to the company a few minutes ago.
Other than the 'your e-mail is complex and we'll get back to you' message, I have no customer satisfaction regarding my question which is simply, what is the estimated shipping date? Simple? So it would seem. However, I am, as the web site informs me, "waiting." There does not appear to be a telephone number listed on the web site.
I will recommend to my friends that they do not order from Chaptersglobe. I simply cannot get a response! Why put up with the aggravation of having NO knowledge of the real status of my order?
I had thought of studying the company for possible investment. I don't think I want to take a chance investing in this company when there are many others with track records of good customer service. :(
