Bob, Don't worry about flames. Most people in general, and most people on this board, quickly forget about prior discussions that were launched in the heat of battle. Your focus and concerns were legit. The criticisms probably had more to do with repeated explanations for your concerns.

May have been a typo on your part, but the bid, as a general rule, should never go down when net action is on the buy side. Other stuff could happen too that others could better explain. Short covering, etc. The price of a stock, on a trade by trade basis, has nothing to do with the company. It has everything to do with accumulation (buying) and distribution (selling).

I am still searching for the mythical book, "Market Making 101".

Glad you did not sell. (On the other hand maybe not, given my understanding of the BZ principal.)
