Limit orders placed a 1/4 to a 1/2 (Depending on how far you expect the stock to rally) above the ask will get you in and protect you from paying too much.

This is a safer entry procedure than using a market order.

Too many horror stories on market orders.

If the stock gets away then you can usually catch it on a pull-back but you'll have to adjust your price and watch the tick chart for a good entry point.
