As far as given away, that I think is very honorable. I am involved in school committes, their commissioners and school boards on the side.
I will definitelly bring this up at the next meeting. I thank you for directing this tid-bit of information my way.
Let's see if Corel will ship some our way to the local Quebec City English School Board.

As far as the cost, if at cost, you know governments and quasi-government love stuff as free as possible.
This leads me into the next question if the M.O.D. wants 12 mill of software, what spread is Corel doing this at.

It scares me to here the commentsspecifically if they involve Government COntracts.
Remenber Petro Can. we Nationalized oil under Trudeau at 38.00 a barrel.
And Mr. Mulroney, de-Nationalized it at 12.00.
Remember the asbestos. Remember the off-shore oil ventures.
Look at Air Canada. Petro Can.
Etc.Etc.
If block trades are taking place, there are 2 sides.
The question is how many insiders are on the sellers side?
