Hopefully a new issue won't be necessary. According to the latest news release "CAFE on YAHOO Quotes", they just got a line of credit established. This should significantly help their upcoming need for cash. My biggest fear is they are trying to grow too fast and are burning cash faster they can produce revenue to continue their expansion. Hopefully they will take a breather, get the operations they now have profitable and then tackle more expansion. This wouldn't be the first start up that failed, not because they didn't have a good product to market, but because they tried to grow faster then they could service the debts they accumuliated on the way. The recent recovery in share price and trading volume leads me to be optimistic we're headed back to 1 1/2 to 2 a share in the next 60 days.
