At this point, I am totally confused about the DOJ case!! What is the government up to to continue this case ?

At the very beginning, the government required MSFT to market its competitor's
product, which is the NN, and it is against the free market rule.

Secondly DOJ claimed that MSFT had a monopoly in OS , again after the buy out
of NSCP, it again proved that the government is completely wrong. With Sunw
gets all the application programs from NSCP, and Java + NN, MSFT will face a fierce
competition in the OS. So, who said Msft had a monopoly in the OS ?

I do not understand why DOJ continues to keep this stupid case alive. To let David Boise has a job ? To completely destroy Microsoft ? Or just to keep its face ?
This DOJ's case is completely meaningless at this point and just wast taxpayers'
money and show to the world how stupid the US government is !!!!
