Reporting companies have 90 days to report earnings after their fiscal year ends, so they could come out as late as 3-30-97. The other three quarters must be reported within 45 days. Filing a 10k requires much more work than a 10q and must be audited so it takes a bit longer. Some companies are faster than others and some even make a preliminary announcement concerning estimated earnings. If DOCU releases their numbers by end of February that will be quick. I think the more immediate concern is whether they got a piece of the federal contract they have bid on. I believe we should know shortly. Jim
