Tracy / Insider Trading

If the insider selling was from one of the mini-cap sized companies in the Lost Hills joint venture, then I would tend to question any inside selling. However, Berkley Petroleum is not one of those companies.

Berkley Petroleum is one of Canada's faster growing companies and they have been amassing valuable lands for exploration over the past few years. Lost Hills was viewed as a very high risk undertaking with high impact implications if potential was realized. This well had nothing to do with their, or any analyst's, forecast of future production. Based upon their drilling budget, this well venture was a penny among dollars - in other words, it wouldn't have any impact on their drilling plans.

In conclusion, any insider selling by Berkley or funds holding Berkley shares, were not due to the Lost Hills play.
