I previously stated that your information was useless to me and hyping a scam. You resorted to name calling etc. Well, you keep saying you have big info to be released that will shock us all. Lets have it. So far, you have done nothing to scare me and I may have to buy more on the open. Yes, I have made some phone calls and have done some DD. The company has issued shares to approx. 11.5 million. They are not hiding that fact, all projections are based on 11.5 million shares or more. Now here's a shocker, the company may issue more shares before end of year. I would not be surprised that the total at December 31, 1998 would be approx. 13.5 from what I'm told. This will save you some time later when you discover that shares were issued and you come try to save the world. Look at the projections and you will see the estimated shares outstanding, they have been factored into the EPS numbers. As far as the E & Y issue, if you know they are NOT doing the audit then say so. Otherwise, drop it until you have info. I am a CPA and I will not tell you where I work so don't ask. But I don't know why you suspect something because their CPA's # is not on the web page.
