That's a pretty common exit strategy for a junior. Their expertise is in "finding" the reserve and getting it to "resource status" ... namely that a recognized Eng. firm has independently verified the resource calculation. I agree, 4M oz is very substantial. The cost per oz. to get it out has many variables, location, grade, environment, government restrictions, etc. I would think this could be an excellent JV property for a major.
