NV Homes.. the custom home division of NVR, Inc. .. to use
Luxor Industrial Corporation's IBS 2000 Load Sharing FloorSystem

Luxor Industrial Corporation (Luxor) is pleased to announce that NV Homes,
the custom home division of NVR, Inc. a leading home builder in the United
States, has approved the use of Luxor's patented IBS 2000 load sharing
connectors in all its home designs.

The approval of Luxor's IBS 2000 connectors is the result of an extensive
evaluation process by design and site management teams at NV Homes. NV Homes
has selected Luxor's IBS 2000 load sharing connectors as a standard
component to enhance the floor performance in several living areas of the
selected homes.

NVR, Inc., based in Virginia builds as NV Homes and Ryan Homes. NVR, Inc.
was ranked number 11 in 1996 with 5695 closings which increased to 6107
closings in 1997.

On November 13, 1998 Luxor announced that Jager Industries Inc., a privately
held corporation based in Calgary, approved the use of the IBS 2000 with
Jager's Super I-joists. Jager supplies Super I-joists to NV Homes and Ryan
