David, I was watching a show the other day (on CNBC I believe) They had a spot on all the internet players and the host asked some of these same questions. i.e. "Does the fact that these companies aren't yet making money concern you?" His answer was very interesting. He said that the period we are in right now is all about grabbing market share and obtaining customer loyalty. He said when the time comes the cream will rise to the top and those players who offer the best service/price will be the big winners. From what I have seen so far, comparing prices, NM looks pretty good.
