somebody explain the excitement in CD? when i got burned in this stock, the news was, as a result of the "accounting irregularities" the contingencies for the pending lawsuits were going to keep earnings underwater until suits resolved..tell me the run on this isn't simply a website? i'm not here to be negative, but won't the lawsuit effect keep this stock under? does dessauer comment on this? david s
