Hi.....just to set the record straight........The Rolling Stones, Megadeath, Beatles, Guns n Roses, etc,etc, are all Rock Groups mainly comprised of Dopers, Drugers, Alcoholics, mental deficents, burnouts, sickos, and so on....such as.....every once and a while one of these groups reaches prominince due to the position of the moon during the month or because they have a mother or other such close relative in the recording industry that sponsors them. A lot of these style groups don't make it at all because their Mothers and relatives have disowned them.
Bands are generally groups of professional muscians brought together to play for money, under the leadership of one individual know as the "Bandleader" and generally the money behind the venture...examples are "The Glenn Miller Band", the Woody Herman band, The Duke Ellington band, the Maynard Ferguson band, Manneheim Steamroller... The U S Air Force Band..., The Marine Corps band.......and so on.........just to set the record straight......
