I don't care what Joe Kernan says. And yes he has been wrong many times before. SEC law says that you cannot sell until a 144 has been publicly posted. Do you see one. No. Therefore, you, Joe and the other people spreading a rumor about the ceo are wrong. BTW, anyone see the USA today article citing EGGS as the top etailer for High-Tech this morning. Check it out. usaweekend.com
