Just my 2 cents or less. Been with this 18 months before the last reverse split (as IFOF). If the 30 million outstanding rumors are true, I feel that the timing of the stockholders meeting is a sign that they intend to reverse split again. Probably only 4/5 - 1 or so. Why would they do this? Why not?

Doesn't hurt insiders, they just give themselves more stock or some other compensation.

6-7 mil outstanding looks much better than 30 mill to potential new investors/partners/mergers... (if you think they care about current investors, IMO you are extremely incorrect. They won't care until they are reporting and listed and visible on a real exchange).

They know that in a year from now no one that matters will care about the reverse split, cause they will take care of everyone that does matter and new investors will replace the old.

So they reverse and the stock price becomes around $1.00 or so. Soon it falls around 60-90% as most reverses seem to do. Then I believe you have a real buying opportunity.

This is a growing, apparently soon-to-be/now profitable company. Why would they want to publish their first financial report with 30 mil out, little or no profit per share and a long wait to show a significant profit per share, when they can, with a simple and painless (to them) stroke of a pen, become a growing company with actual respectable earnings per share?

They really can do just about whatever they want as a BB company and we can't stop them.

Reverse split? Sounds like an easy decision to me.

Just my opinion of course.

Been there, Done that,

Rick
