Don has given his word repeatedly that they will not do any more reverse splits. If he should break that promise, I am sure that there would be an investor uprising along with a class action suit demanding an accounting of the shares currently owned by management, when and how acquired, issues regarding trading, etc.

I believe that he will keep his word and go about getting this company on the road to become fully reporting after the beginning of the new year. Insofar as the timing of the meeting, it stinks -

I believe this company is going places. It has a great product and it seems that they are well received by large companies which is evidenced not only by the list of new clients, but by the fact that we haven't lost any business. Expenditures have to start coming down and revenues should begin to increase. As I have said before, I expect to see significant improvement in the bottom line after the April 30 reporting date. Our only obstacle would be if management renegs on any of its promises to the investors; this would be a major negative.

So if no reverse split, we become fully reporting and expenses start to come down - I believe we cannot help but succeed. It is a shame that management wants to have the annual meeting when no one can come. It would seem that with all the irons they have in the fire, they should want a big turnout and take pride in what has been accomplished and where we are going. The timing does seem suspicious to say the least, but so far - that is the only fly in the ointment that I see. We need to give it a few more months before we get out the tar and feathers.

By the way - I, too, have been with it since before the last split and my patience is running thin. But I say, what's another few months. Either Don can be taken at his word or not - it will be proven out soon enough. I suggest that anyone who cannot get to the meeting should get on the phone and have a proxy sent to you immediately. Give your vote to John Baker who lives in the area and he can vote your shares. Last year the management outvoted shareholders on issues such as directors because they claimed to have app. 13 million shares. Now we need to have some voting power. If I cannot be there, John will have my proxy. I suggest everyone do the same.
