Bill,

The original fax I sent was in regards to post #1677 from this board.

I asked IR if they would confirm a few things which I read in the post. I was especially interested in items:

2.) as of December 16th, XYBR will be shipping units that have been ordered.

3.) the interview were Steve Newman @ AEA said XYBR will have $35,000,000 in revenue was not to have been disclosed, but when your the presidents brother, you want to share the spotlight, thank GOD for brothers. $35,000,000 is VERY CONSERVATIVE!!!

5.) the representatives of Sentel that are coordinating Sentel & Xybernaut are all XYBR stockholders (forgot to ask Kevin Jackson of Dyncorp if he has bought in yet?)

8.) IBM has signed at least 5 agreements with XYBR, and if they produce a wearable, XYBR will be getting licensing fee.

This was Ms. Macken's response:

Dear MSB,

Thank you for your fax today. I have the following answers to your
questions:

Question 2: I have been told that that information is correct.
3. We are trying to be conservative.
5. We certainly would not be surprised if Sentel and Dyncorp
representatives are shareholders of Xybernaut.
8. We, in the past, have publicly stated some of our signed agreements
with IBM, and we continue to work with them closely.

I appreciate your Xybernaut support, and wish you a happy Thanksgiving.

Sincerely,
Monique Macken

What I've been scratching my head about, is how XYBR could garner 35 million in revenues for the fourth quarter when the total for the previous nine months has only been $617,743.

Note that Ms. Macken did not give a figure. I wish she would have.

Any thoughts....?

Anyone?

Atb,

Mike
