I logged on to the E4l site and found the following. Clearly both entities have a stake here. The relationship between NM and CD in this venture is unclear to most of us at this point. The following was from the "ABOUT US" section of the site. I own both stocks and have stop limits and limits set for both ups and downs so I am not in any position to preferentially gain from either tanking and I am betting on both of them going up.
If you have any other info, please post. Also, if anyone viewing the commercials hears NM or CD specifically mentioned, please post. Please also post the channel( cable/DSS vs. network), time (including time zone) and how long the spot was (infomercial vs commercial).
I am sure we will have a good idea before tomorrow is over.
