I guess reading between the lines, one could surmise that CD probably does own the site and that NM is "opening it", promoting it and will be compensated most likely by CD. Your comments about float, etc, are well-taken as are the posts concerning options. Bottom line:win-win situation with some clarification still needed. (my opinion only)
