NM could make a lot of money from this deal but we don't know how. Cendant clearly built netmarket and e4l. Its even posted on the E4L web site. See Message 6600276 What we need to do is find out how NM makes money from the deal. Make the CEO tell us tomorrow. Call investor relations. Until you know how they make money you cannot value the stock.
