I think INTC is short-term peaked. The reason - the earning it just announced was the short term peak. It won't be able to make this kind of earnings for next several quarters. Why? (1). INTC is running full capacity --> flat revenue; (2). In the mean time, it will cut price
aggressively to keep AMD out of the market --> lower profit; (3) It admitted that it would raise its R&D expenses for next a few Qs to roll out its new products --> higher cost.

I agree that INTC's earning has more than doubled, however, its stock price has nearly trippled from its 52 week low. Conclusion, INTC will fall from here for next several months.
