Michael, please. You are beginning to make me think either you are short NM or blindly long CD and dont want any distractions. Yes CD benefits from E4Less and so does NM. As several have already pointed out this is a collaborative effort between NM and CD. NM has been very aggresive in promoting this whole deal as beneficial to them, which it is. The details of the revenue sharing will soon become clear but the main thing to realize at this juncture is that NM is leveraging a business they are already in (selling inexpensive retail goods, which they used ot only do through TV) through the use of CD's already existing internet infrastructure. As they have said they will incur very little cost to get this endeavor up and running. In return CD gets part of the revenues from the sale of the goods. It is good for both parties!
I dont understand your need to Warn investors or to repeatedly post the same information. Thanks for sharing what you have 'uncovered', but it is nothing nefarious or worrisome.
