Dear Dale:

> It should be obvious by now that I am a professional. I got you longs right where I want you. ...Ha Ha. I shorted once at 68! And things are looking good.

Oh, but of course you are a professional!! The only concern I may have with your professional judgement is, with all due respect, your somewhat lack of understanding of what is going on in the real world! The last I checked SUNW was in the low $80's and if you have shorted the stock at $68 I fail to see how things are looking good for you!

> Let me make sure I understand you. You continue to be bullish on XLNX and XLNX has had a nice runnup. It sounds like it might make a good short.

Regretfully I sold all my XLNX shares purchased in the $30's between $48 and $50/shr not because I thought the company would not do great but simply because I needed the cash. However I continue to be extremely bullish with XLNX and hopefully shortly I am planning to buy back all my shares. In the meantime I would like to ask you a great favor and that is to please hold off on your plans to short XLNX till I buy it first. I do not want to see the stock run up before I buy again and if you start shorting the stock I can be guaranteed the stock will definitely start to shoot for the sky!

In any event, Dale, please hang around here as you bring spice (not to mention joy and laughter) to many SUNW longs (at least to me anyway)!

Anyway, I am yet to read one logical post from you as how on earth you came to the conlusion to short SUNW at $68 (and I am pretending I did not read your post with regard to you planning to short SUNW at $72/shr again!).

Best Regards,

Addi Jamshidi
