CXI, the word from deep deep inside

CXI is about to suprise everyone, word is a huge contract is
on it's way from one of it's partners, a 5 year $80 million
licence contract which is part of a larger $380 million contract about to be issued by a large gov department for a major cleanup
in the energy sector. The licence bit is interesting as it implies money for the technology ie pure bottom line profit.

They are also anticipating getting funding from the governments
chemical weapons disposal program despite not getting initial
funding in the Alternative Technologies demonstration project
(ACWA) for which they are seen as a leading technology.

Teledyne-Commodore met with senior officials at the Pentagon
a week ago, it is believed that funding of ACWA project demonstration was informally given with official notice being next week when the money actually gets transferred to the ACWA pot.

General Accounting Office (GAO) is re-instating commodores original protest after political pressure at the highest levels. Commodore is not looking for the funding from this as it has already been assured, this is an exercise in ensuring that their technology gets it's fair shot when it comes to the final decision (a shot across the bows of the army) and a slap on
the wrists for the army in the form of additional compensation
to those companies excluded unfairly.
