You are right about what the "About Us" section says, but the last answer to Membership FAQ gives a conflicting answer and specifically says "E4L" is owned by CD. Now, I think there is a typo somewhere, and definitely CD and E4L have cut some deal. At this point, no one is for sure. You might want to buy shares in two companies at this point.
