No, it tells you who owns the domain name. And if you look closer, you will see that DNS service is provided by cendant. Inference: it's hosted on cendant infrastructure. The same as the AOL market.

Now here's an idea. If we can find out the details of the CD-AOL deal, we could assume that the NM deal is similar in its terms. Anyone have info on the CD-AOL deal for netmarket?
