E-Tailing Alliance Debuts With Three Home Shopping Video
Channels

LOS ANGELES, Nov. 23 /PRNewswire/ -- National Media
Corporation (NYSE: NM) announced today that Broadcast.com
(Nasdaq: BCST), the leading aggregator and broadcaster of
streaming media programming on the Web, will be the first portal
to provide access to Everything4Less. The link will be operational
by Thanksgiving weekend. The Company also announced that its
first three channels of direct response video programming --
health & fitness, housewares, and beauty & cosmetics -- are now
online and available on a 24 hour/day, seven day/week basis.
Additionally, National Media infomercials are now available on
demand and may be accessed immediately upon request by
Internet users. Everything4Less and the video channels may be
accessed via the broadcast.com home page (www.broadcast.com)
and directly accessed via its shopping channel
(www.broadcast.com/shopping/).

Everything4Less is National Media's electronic
commerce/Internet and catalog-based membership shopping
service, whose Website (www.Everything4Less.com or, simply,
www.E4L.com) and advertising campaign launch Thanksgiving
weekend -- the biggest shopping time of the year. The "virtual
superstore" provides more than 800,000 products at guaranteed
low prices to online shoppers and includes brand name products
and extended warranties. The Everything4Less advertising
campaign features "America's favorite TV moms" -- Shirley Jones
("the Partridge Family"), Florence Henderson ("the Brady
Bunch"), and Marion Ross ("Happy Days"). The campaign will be
included in the 2,000 half-hours of infomercials that National

channels to the current three video channels. Additionally, the
broadcast.com site will host National Media's live shopping
programming digitally streamed over five video channels, 24

channels are available at transmission rates ranging from a
standard 28.8Kbps to 56.6Kbps, 100Kbps and, soon, 300Kbps,
giving users with varying speeds of Internet access the ability to
experience the highest quality streaming video programming
possible.
