Brady, you're going to have to accept the fact that you lost it today. You're wrong to say tag the term "fraud" to Zulu.
There are two lawsuits, both are civil in nature.
One is in the NY Supreme Court and it is against Softbank Holding Company-Japan and Ziff Davis, filed by four executives of SIM. In effect, it is a "theft of a dream" suit.
The second is filed by Robert Colvin, a co-founder of SIM, who has sued in the Los Angels Superior Court. His allegation is that Zulu-tek did not provide him his 200 thousand dollar employee termination fee. Interestingly, Colvin, in the same suit, also names Andy Batkin, Lawrence Hosworth and Ted West, his very own colleagues.
Brady, this is not a case of fraud. Why don't you admit you're wrong on this? |
