thank you rosario...i will...please understand there are rules imposed...no questions//answers are acceptable that:
a) sidestep a legitimate issue, or intend to lead//mislead
b) have insulting inuendo, or are of a personal nature
c) are snyde, trite, or un-professional in any way
1. do you believe panam is//is not, working toward, being//becoming, a legitimate company...
2. do you honestly believe that we are being intentionally misled by the officers of the company, and are in fact being "set up" for disaster in the end...
3. do you think that genuine efforts are being made in central america, and do you think the results will ultimately be positive... or, do you believe that we are being lied to about all of it...
4. do you recognize the possibility of legitimate delays in the quarterly financial reporting...or, do you think the officers of the company have no intent to publish financials...
5. when//if financial reports do come out, do you see them as being, good//bad//inconsequential...
6. do you think subsequent quarterly reports will show positive signs of company//investor growth...
7. do you think, or doubt, that a reasonable organization is taking place, to build a solid foundation for panam...
8. do you think that the officers of the company have a desire to issue official press releases, but feel they need to wait, as these organizational stages are not yet complete...or do you see excuses making fools of us all...
9. several weeks ago, you made a rather lenthy post on the s.i. thread with your financial predictions, short, medium, and long term for prwt...upon what did you base your predictions, other then the mini rally what was taking place at the time...this is not a barb rosario, i am genuinly interested in your thinking...you maintain that your thinking changes due to the changes in circumstance, and i think this is a legitimate question, meeting the criteria i imposed at the beginning of this post...
10. without pinning anyone down to specifics, what are your feelings at this time as to the future speculations of the shareholders...do you see any short term satisfaction...do you see any mid term (3 - 12 month) growth...do you see any real long term (one year, or longer) value...(actual number projections are not requested, or suggested)...
11. do you honestly believe panam to be a bad investment...
12. do you think there is any way to remove the bitterness from the s.i. thread and to do our business with tolerance and respect...do you think there is some way that we can discuss doubts and problems in an adult manner...
13. do you believe that you are unjustly maligned by the members of this group...if this is the case, are you willing, or do you think that we should be willing, to be less offensive in posting to each other, for the good of everybody...
14. to those of us who have spoken personally with company representatives, and have made reports as to these conversations, do you doubt our sincerity...
15. even as some of these reports are lacking in timely action, do you doubt the overall sincerity of the information given by the officers of the company...
16. when//if the time comes that you see things in a more positive light than you seem to see them lately, will you please outline the differences for the good of all...i believe that most people will support what you think, good or bad, if they can be persuaded to believe that your opinions are based upon sincerity, rather than obstinance and manipulation...please read that last sentence again...it is not intended to be offensive to you or anybody else...but it does seem to be an ongoing problem and is not productive to anything...
17. may i ask more questions later, and expect reasonable responses...
