Is this crazy hype of a clown on the Yahoo Message Board really the best defense you could come up with?
Take a look at the CD-AOL deal and you will see the similarities between the CD and NM agreement. There will be a fee and a commission for NM, for its marketing and promoting of the CUC-(CD) Netmarket site
but the lion share will ultimately go to CD.
CD's stock will soar and NM's will fizzle.
