I called an spoke with the IR guy (Bruce Goodman) for NM and he said that the site was developed by CD because they already had the technology to get the site up and running. The profits from memberships is the key revenue producer for them. And, the money made from memberships will be split with CD. I asked if it was 50-50% split, and he said "Oh no..." but he did not elaborate on the rate. My guess from his response was that NO WAY is it 50-50, but yes, it will be split by some percentage...I'm guessing 70-30 or 80-20 in favor of NM. Bruce also said that they don't plan on making any money on the sale of merchandise, he said they might make a little from non-members, but the real deal with them is profit from members - which is 100%! Hope this helps, and I hope it is 100& accurate..I think it is! I should add this comment from Bruce..."They don't plan on making any money from merchandise, because they plan to sell it less than anyone...anywhere...That was the key concept of the site"
