CVIA Thread In the morning before the open of the market, I will be filing the 10KSB with the SEC, this 10K is a full disclosure document, for the years of 1996 and 1997. The reason I am bringing this up is because its not going to be pretty, in fact this is full disclosure and it will answer all the questions you may have about the past losses and what happened to the share value. Keep in mind this is old news but never filed, (1996 and 1997 probably never intended to be filed) I expect most everyone that reads this will get riled up and PO'ed, Just remember we have already put the legal actions in place and trying to recover the assets mentioned in this filing. Even though this wont be much fun to read, I am not filing this to hurt the company or the share price, I think it will help each and every share holder understand what lead us to this point and the potential size of any legal actions we are currently pursuing .
