And I also happen to be correct regarding Brady's wrongful use of the language.
Let's see, on your team there's: Yourself, Jon, Brady, Terry. It's funny. I'd think each one of you would know the difference between "they" and "he" as well as the true significance of "fraud."
And still, as Terry would agree, a preponderance of evidence must still be proven. Did Brady, beyond a reasonable doubt, imply that the "ex-simmers" sued Zulu-tek? You bet. And he's wrong. "They" didn't sue Zulu-tek. Bob Colvin did. Why? Because he was mad he didn't get his termination bonsus, or whatever you call it. I'd hardly call this "fraud." Do you? |
