You are missing the point, which is who will get the revenue generated from the E4L site? I agree with you NM owns the domain name E4L, that's certain. There could be two arrangements, and we do not know 100% certain at this point. One arrangement is NM hired CD to set up the internet infrastructure and is paying CD a fixed fee or a percentage of the revenue generated, or CD has hired NM to do marketing work. As for myself, I bought NM and not CD.
