If CD owned Everything for Less one would expect them to put out a press release with the Website going live. NM put out about four press releases giving progress reports on ITS site going live.

If they are the marketing company for Cendant then you would expect the press release would mention CD even if NM put it out. Don't you think Cendant would be proud enough of the site to want everyone to know of their involvement?

If NM is their marketing company, then CD should fire them tommorrow for taking all the credit for the site.

How can anyone think NM would put out press releases stating the site was theirs if it belonged to Cendant? They probably are a little smarter than that with so many lawyers around.
