Thanks for the info Victor. I know it's much tougher over there, I remember from my IBM days that the company could 'slice with abandon' over here, but Europe was a totally different story.

By the way, funny how Gateway seems to be going the 'partial retail' route. Drove up the main shopping road in my area and what do I see but a former carpet showroom now painted with white and black cow spots. Looks like Gateway is opening a 'Gateway Country' store where I live...
